Wolfgang Christian and his students developed Physlets at Davidson College and converted Physlets from Java to JavaScript using the SwingJS system developed by Robert Hanson at St. Olaf College using the java2script transpiler.

Chapters 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39 and the Appendix have been converted to JavaScript.
